Have you ever thought of this?

I don’t know if you have ever thought of this before, but …

Have you noticed that confidence is everything! When you are confident you can achieve goals, present any presentation perfectly, talk publicly fearlessly, and you can even reach a mountain’s peak with it!

So when we think about it deeply, our bodies are driven by our inner strength. If we have enough confidence we can do miracles. On the other hand, if our self-confidence is low then this is going to be reflected in our decisions and actions. We would always be reluctant and hesitant. We would question our abilities to accomplish even minor things like just giving a presentation that might take only five minutes. So it’s a huge thing.

Let me tell you my brief and summarised story. I was born into an extremely wealthy family. My family also was involved in politics and growing up I had to deal with lots of hate comments and even bullying. Because you might have guessed it, my family wasn’t loved by many. So there were many incidents that I went through without any logical reasons.

I remember one day while I was walking home, three kids came to me and took my bag. It was the first time I saw them so I had no chance to follow them later. Anyway, at that moment I felt helpless because I was trying to take my bag back but I failed. And one of them also bunched me! This incident had left me really sad and I remember I was in terrible condition after it. I almost lost hope in all my classmates and I thought that I deserved everything that happened to me. This also was a major factor that my marks became low just suddenly. I also lost my confidence I believed that I was alone and everyone else is in a team against me.

Once I reached that level of not trusting in myself. I was terrible at many things in life including giving this five-minute presentation weekly. Every week I gave my presentation agonisingly. So the year passed and we moved to another area in the city and my father asked me if I wanted to move to another school for my 6th grade. And happily, I said “YES”!

So I went to another school it was a few blocks away from our new house. When I first came I thought everything would be different which for sure were different. But I was still not confident I was basically the same. So I realised back then that I had to work on my freshly lost AMAZING confidence, because the others are just a mirror for my self-confidence. And luckily I found a great help I had an amazing life coach her name was Lina Yammot. She helped me a lot to boost my self-confidence again. And subsequently, everything became clear again. Confidence is truly everything that you need.

I apologise I know it was supposed to be shorter but that what I was able to limit myself with. Now I know what is the following question, what is this all about?

The answer is as language learners we all have to have a certain amount of confidence in order to improve drastically. Haven’t you realised that some people might do the same thing with the same abilities and some of them succeed and some others don’t? The secret here is confidence as well.

If you try hard every day to read and listen to dozens of podcasts and watch hundreds of videos on YouTube in English. You won’t improve if you don’t have confidence.

We all make mistakes, it is okay! Believe it or not most of the times we are the only ones who remember our mistakes because nobody really cares.

And it is also okay to feel stuck and confused sometimes because we are learning and learning is a dynamic process sometimes we get everything right and sometimes we don’t but this doesn’t mean that our abilities are limited at all.

So believe in yourself and your abilities because they’re your true power to achieve anything you want. I would love to conclude with this great quote that I always love to quote ๐Ÿ˜Œ

You have to believe in yourself, challenge yourself, and push yourself until the very end; that’s the only way you’ll succeed. G-Dragon

Good luck with achieving your goals ๐Ÿ˜
